Job Title : Hospitality Operations Coordinator
This is a key role within the hospitality organization, responsible for supporting and managing administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and be able to maintain working relations with all members of the team.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate proficiency in various onboard systems, including Encore and Guest Log. They will also be responsible for creating analyses, reporting, and data entry, as well as having a working knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical handling.
