Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Training Manager . As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing training programs that drive business results and enhance employee performance.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver high-quality training content that meets the needs of our employees and supports our business objectives.

You will work closely with subject matter experts to identify learning gaps and develop targeted training solutions that address these gaps.

Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs and making recommendations for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• BA / BS degree in Education, Training and Development or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
