Corporate Legal Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Legal Advisor to join our team. As a Corporate Legal Advisor, you will play a key role in providing legal support to our organization.

About the Role :

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate matters, including drafting minutes of meetings, coordinating notary signings, and reviewing lease agreements.
  • Support the development of greenfield and brownfield projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage the company's legal archive, updating and maintaining records.

Requirements :

  • A law degree and / or a Master's degree for access to the legal profession.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of practice, preferably in a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills, commitment, and enthusiasm for teamwork.
