Responsibilities :
Develop production plan, demand forecast and schedule to ensure continuous operationsDesign and implement KPI measures, measurement systems and visual tracking controls / dashboards to manage process performance for sustainability and continuous improvementProvide analytics on historical sales together with recommendations for future plansMaintain supply chain inventory and recordsApproving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and servicesBack-up for creating purchase orders if neededFind cost-effective solutions for supply chain processesCollaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growthCommunicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable dealsBuild and maintain rapport with suppliers, fulfillment centres and team members.Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goodsDevelop processes to improve workflow efficiencyDevelop a logistic strategy to avoid downtime and delaysSourcing, negotiating, procuring ingredients.Quality Assurance, Organizing and maintenance of 3rd party testing processes & results, make sure master formulations are in alignment with briefed specificationsLabel & box information reviewIntegration or updating of the new packaging solutions with different manufacturers.Ingredients sourcingProofing internal and external documentations,Reviewing and implementing advised changes on website & artworkCarry out necessary administrative duties as requiredOther duties as assignedQualifications :
