The Role of the Contracts Manager (EPC)
As the Contracts Manager (EPC), you will play a crucial role in leading all contractual and commercial activities across the lifecycle of utility-scale renewable energy projects. Overseeing the preparation, review, and issuance of RFQ packages for various project components
Conducting commercial evaluations and leading contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
Drafting, reviewing, and executing contract documents and managing contractual modifications
Monitoring and managing the issuance and receipt of Bank Guarantees
Providing strategic support to the Construction team on contract administration and claims management
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields)
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Minimum 7+ years of experience in contract management within the renewable energy or oil & gas sectors
Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, procurement practices, and construction-related legal considerations
Proven experience leading contract negotiation and administration, including claims resolution and dispute management
