Commercial Finance Manager

Our Regional Office now has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Finance Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 2 days a week in the Barcelona Office.

About the role

As Commercial Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the region’s financial performance, focusing on profitability, growth, cost control, and risk management.

Your primary responsibilities include :

• Supporting FP&A activities such as budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and profitability analysis.
• Bridging the gap between Finance and Business Operations by collaborating with the schools’ Business Managers, the SCP Business Controlling Manager, and the SCP Finance Manager.
• Identifying and assessing business opportunities, ensuring that initiatives are financially viable and contribute to the company’s growth and success.
• Providing project management support for expansion projects, acquisitions, and post-merger integrations.

Who we are looking for :

Candidates should have multiple years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in budgeting and forecasting, and the ability to develop long-term financial plans. Strong commercial acumen, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and improving profitability are essential. Fluency in English and Spanish, along with strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data, are also required.
