Your Responsibilities :

• Look for accommodation according to the employee’s and their family needs.
• Accompany them to visit the different properties, revise the lease agreement, and help them with the required documentation.
• Hook-up the utilities such as internet, water, electricity, etc.
• Help them open a bank account.
• Look for suitable childcare and schools in case they need it.
• Advise on which local registrations they might fulfill and help them through the process (such as Town-Hall registration, Medical Card, Public transport pass, driving license, etc.).
• Explain and help them to understand “how things work” in Spain regarding bureaucracy, culture, shopping hours, etc.
• Be in constant contact with the company and the transferred employee to ensure good communication among parties, set down-to-earth expectations, and update on any issue.
