Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Customer Care Agent to join our team. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will connect people to unique travel experiences and gain valuable industry experience, contributing to our growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide Expert Guest Support : Deliver professional, prompt, and friendly assistance, resolving complex issues and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Advanced Troubleshooting : Use in-depth knowledge to diagnose and resolve intricate issues, minimizing escalations.
  • Multi-Channel Communication : Manage inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Proactive Improvement : Suggest innovations to enhance guest experience and support processes, collaborating with teams to boost sales and satisfaction.

What You Bring

  • 1-2 years of contact center experience.
  • Proficiency in Spanish & English; additional languages (Portuguese, Romanian, French) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving, responsibility, proactivity, multitasking abilities.
  • Flexibility for shift work, including weekends.
