Position Description

We seek a curious, culturally interested, travel-loving individual who enjoys reading and writing. Analytical, passionate about discovering why things happen and how society functions. Familiar with trends and technology, a regular user of AI tools. Skilled in using and valuing data. Creative, capable of storytelling and conceptualization. Proactive, innovative, problem-solver. Self-managing yet collaborative team player. Detail-oriented in creating impressive, well-designed PPT presentations. Confident and comfortable presenting. Truly passionate about advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze competitive environments.
  • Identify insights and participate in qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Develop creative and brand strategies.
  • Manage tools and information sources, both internal and external.
  • Directly manage local and international clients, advising on strategic communication decisions.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects within the One Strategy area.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in creative agency strategy, branding, communication, marketing, or media agency.
  • Experience in identifying and creatively using insights.
  • Experience managing creative briefs and projects related to communication and creative strategy.
  • Proficiency in qualitative, quantitative, and digital research.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data management, and experience with data sources and tools.
  • Excellent English skills for managing clients, projects, inspiring teams, and presenting fluently.
  • Experience in the financial sector with advanced knowledge of economics, markets, and finance.
  • Experience in international and multi-country projects.
