SAP Basis Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to customers in the implementation and maintenance of SAP S / 4HANA private cloud edition.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end customer engagement and delivery of contractual agreements and services.
• Support customers' day-to-day operations, including technical and infrastructure aspects.
• Handle support tickets, bridging customer queries and requirements with the technical operations team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP technical consulting and at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. They should possess excellent customer focus, communication, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in project management fundamentals and ITIL.
