  • We are looking for an experienced CRM specialist to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative CRM solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

      The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience working with CRM platforms. Key responsibilities include :

    • Requirements analysis : Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements to ensure accurate solution implementation.
    • Technical design : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical designs that meet business objectives.
    • Effort estimation : Estimate project effort to ensure timely completion.
    • Project execution : Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to execute projects on time and within budget.
    • Technical support : Provide top-notch technical support to ensure system security and performance.
    • Required Skills and Qualifications :

      To succeed in this role, you must possess :

    • A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a CRM specialist.
    • Experience with Salesforce platforms is a plus.
    • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
