We are looking for a Sr. Scrum Master to be part of an innovative and creative product team, who understands SaaS solutions as a guide to the future. We offer enterprise solutions to help organizations think and develop.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Scrum Teams by empowering them through Scrum practices to become high-performing teams.
  • Drive cross-team collaboration to support dependency management and improve end-to-end flow across multiple teams.
  • Ensure the team builds what our customers need by facilitating alignment between product vision, development, and delivery.
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices to foster a lean and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Support the team in identifying and removing impediments that impact their progress and delivery.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a psychologically safe and collaborative environment.
  • Act as a close sparring partner with the Product Owner, Tech Lead, and organizational leadership to challenge and support the team.

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of Agility, with the ability to pragmatically adapt theory to organizational needs.

Champion the Agile mindset, fostering openness, trust, and a focus on value and quality.

Experience leading Agile product development and understanding the software product lifecycle.

Strong communication skills, solution-oriented approach, and experience as a sparring partner and challenger.

Fluent in English.
