Your mission

Are you motivated, curious, and ready to break into the world of fintech? We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and support our expansion in the LATAM market. You'll work closely with our Lead Generation Manager to connect with potential clients, present our solution, and hand off qualified leads to our Business Development Managers (BDMs).

Your mission

Are you motivated, curious, and ready to break into the world of fintech? We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and support our expansion in the LATAM market. You'll work closely with our Lead Generation Manager to connect with potential clients, present our solution, and hand off qualified leads to our Business Development Managers (BDMs).

If you're looking to develop your sales skills and grow into a BDM position, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

  • Collaborate with the Lead Generation Manager to identify and qualify new leads in the LATAM market.
  • Initiate first contact with potential clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Deliver introductory product presentations and assess client needs.
  • Pass interested and qualified leads to the BDM team for further development and closing.
  • Track activity and performance in our CRM.
  • Meet monthly KPI targets for scheduled qualified meetings.
  • Stay informed about the fintech and payments landscape to fine-tune outreach.

Your profile

  • 1+ year in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (B2B preferred).
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken); Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • Clear communicator, confident, and proactive.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach.
  • Interest in the fintech and payments industry.
  • Highly organized with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Available to work onsite in our Glòries office (Barcelona).
