Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Execution & Performance
- Drive the successful implementation of the Company's strategic goals through disciplined use of the Group's Operating System.
- Translate high-level objectives into executable plans across departments (Operations, Regulatory, Medical, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial).
- Establish clear performance metrics, tracking systems, and accountability mechanisms.
Leadership & Culture
- Build and sustain a positive, high-performing, and collaborative office culture.
- Ensure staff are engaged, empowered, and aligned to the company's goals and values.
Operational Oversight
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks or misalignments and resolve them swiftly.
- Fire-fight critical issues with urgency and strategic clarity.
Group Integration
- Serve as a key operational liaison between the CEO and the Barcelona team-ensuring that strategic direction, execution progress, and cultural alignment flow effectively across geographies.
- Provide high-quality updates and decision-support to the CEO and broader leadership team.
The Successful Applicant
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in general management, operations, or cross-functional leadership.
- Industry experience in pharmaceuticals, consumer health, or similarly regulated environments
Skills & Attributes
- Strong executional discipline and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to lead through influence.
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Committed to building a values-driven, high-trust environment.
Languages
- English : Fluent (spoken and written at a high level - required)
- Spanish : Advantageous but not mandatory
