Your Responsibilities

As a trusted advisor, you'll onboard a portfolio of new clients and help them create high-performing PPC campaigns to elevate their digital marketing success.

Understand each customers goals and recommend tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Drive campaign growth and uncover upselling opportunities.

Engage with a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls, showcasing your consultative approach.

What We're Looking For

A BA / BS degree (a Masters in Marketing or Communications is a plus) or equivalent experience that demonstrates strong transferable skills.

12 years of experience in sales or online advertising.

A goal-oriented, customer-focused mindset.

Excellent communication, time management, and analytical abilities.

A collaborative spirit, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

C2 level of German and a high level of English.

What We Offer

A full-time role (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

Competitive salary : 24,310 gross / year plus up to 4,290 gross / year in bonuses.
