Job summary
Turner & Townsend Madrid are looking for an exceptional Consultant to join our growing team. The successful applicant will help implement BIM on behalf of our clients in Spain and across Europe and being responsible for project delivery
Specific duties
Qualifications :
Skills and Experience
Candidates must hold a degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or an equivalent Construction-related qualification; with at least 5 years post qualification experience as a Construction Professional 3 of them working as a BIM / Digital Professional on major real estate and / or infrastructure projects.
The applicant should be familiar with ISO 19650 and other relevant standards / guidelines. We are looking for someone to be an enthusiastic proactive self-starter with well-developed communications and analytical skills.
Previous experience working in a BIM environment on a major project programme or across a large portfolio would be ideal evidence of BIM courses and modules would strengthen your application. Expected to be numerate and computer literate competent in at least one of the following model checking and model authoring softwares :
You will work with us to develop your technical and management skills through project experience training and mentorship.
