Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive IT Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day IT operations, supporting users, managing system access, and ensuring smooth execution of routine IT tasks and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset to help keep our technology operations running efficiently. As part of your role, you will also contribute to innovative projects in drone technology.
Key Responsibilities :
IT Operations Coordination
- Coordinate routine IT operational tasks such as system checks, updates, and user support workflows.
- Assist with managing IT service requests and tracking progress through ticketing systems.
- Maintain IT operations documentation, including procedures, inventories, and knowledge base articles.
- Help ensure compliance with company IT policies and best practices.
User Support & Account Management
Facilitate user onboarding / offboarding processes, including account setup, hardware distribution, and orientation coordination.Manage user access controls in accordance with company policies.Act as a liaison between users and technical teams to ensure prompt and clear resolution of IT issues.Track and maintain user records and asset assignments.Technical Support
Serve as first point of contact for IT-related inquiries and issues.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.Provide remote and in-person support to staff.Document support tickets and solutions in the company's knowledge base.Software & Application Support
Deploy, configure, and maintain company software applications.Troubleshoot software issues and implement solutions.Create and maintain documentation for software configurations.Assist with software license management.Qualifications
Required :
Associate's degree in IT or last year, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)1-2 years of experience in IT support or operationsKnowledge of Windows and Linux operating systemsFamiliarity with basic networking conceptsUnderstanding of IT security best practicesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesShould have C1 level proficiency in EnglishPreferred
