SALES MANAGER - NEW MARKETS

As part of TheFork’s international growth strategy, we are building a dedicated sales team focused on selling our restaurant reservation and management system – TheFork Manager in new and high-potential markets. We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale this new team during the pilot phase and beyond.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead within a newly launched division, combining startup agility with the strength of a global brand.

What You'll Do

  • Hire, lead, and develop a team of inside sales representatives, account managers, and trainers based in Barcelona, selling to markets like Poland, Ireland, and UAE.
  • Inspire and maintain a high-performing, collaborative, and positive team culture in a fast-paced environment.
  • Monitor team KPIs and performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Coach the team on value-based selling of TheFork Manager software, adapting to different market maturity levels and buyer mindsets.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to improve lead generation, conversion, and onboarding processes.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to ensure quick ramp-up and sustained performance.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Contribute strategic insights from the field to help scale this international initiative.

Who We're Looking For

  • 3+ years managing B2B sales teams, preferably in SaaS, tech, or hospitality sectors.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A results-driven leader passionate about coaching and scaling teams.
  • Data-oriented with operational discipline, comfortable working with metrics.
  • Experience managing pipelines via CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Adaptable to ambiguity with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator.
