Portuguese speaking Technical Support Advisor is wanted to join our client (BPO Consultancy) team in A Coruña.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide technical support and assistance for a project with a leading software development company.
- Utilize prior experience or skills gained as an IT Technician to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Offer guidance and solutions to clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical challenges.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and provide valuable insights based on technical expertise.
REQUIREMENTS :
C2 or fluent in Portugal Portuguese(C1 level), English (B2), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.Background or experience in IT technologies / products, particularly in Cloud solutions or tools related to Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows is valuable.Ability to manage a wide range of customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective resolution of issues.OFFER :
