Key responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our dynamic team within a leading insurance company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies and demonstrate proficiency through demonstrable experience to manage complex digital projects.

This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation initiatives that enhance customer experience and streamline business operations.

As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for :

• Leading and managing digital projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Implementing agile methodologies to optimize project delivery, including Scrum, Kanban, or other frameworks as appropriate.
• Utilizing Jira to track project progress, manage tasks, and facilitate communication among team members.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.
• Developing project plans / roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, while monitoring and reporting on project performance.
• Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Facilitating regular project meetings, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates and insights into project status and achievements.
• Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
