API Technical Consultant

One of our International customers is in need of an API Technical Consultants for a 12 months contract role for a Remote opportunity.

• SAP SD expertise
• SAP Private Cloud Expertise :
• API Expertise :
• RESTful API Design : Deep understanding of REST principles, including HTTP verbs (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, etc.), HTTP status codes, error handling, API versioning, and resource design.
• Authentication and Authorization Protocols : Experience implementing API security mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, JWT (JSON Web Tokens), and API Keys. Knowledge of best practices for protecting sensitive data.
• Data Format Handling : Familiarity with various data interchange formats like JSON, XML, and CSV. Ability to transform data between different formats.
• API Development Tools : Experience with tools like Postman, Swagger, Insomnia, or similar for
• Integration Knowledge :
• Event-Driven Integration : Knowledge of event-driven integration architectures, such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, for asynchronous communication between systems. Experience in designing and developing microservices.
• Middleware Knowledge : Experience with middleware platforms.
