Contracts Specialist, southern Catalonia, SpainOur client, a global leader in providing industrial gases, technologies and applications expertise to industrial companies is looking for a Contracts Specialist to be based at their site in southern Catalonia. As a Contracts Specialist you will be responsible for managing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.Key Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand contract requirements and provide guidance on contract terms.- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation.- Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues that arise.- Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and systems.- Provide training and support to staff on contract-related matters.Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract management or a related role.- Strong understanding of contract law and industry regulations.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
