The position is based in Madrid, reporting to the Deputy CRO Europe and local management at the EGM Madrid branch, a licensed and regulated entity.

Mission : Provide KYC / AML and ethics analysis, ensure regulatory compliance, build team expertise, and support regulatory projects and business development.

Responsibilities :

Implement and ensure compliance with GEM KYC policies, tools, and processes.

Client onboarding, portfolio review, and file analysis for compliance.

Support regulatory projects, manage alerts, and handle external requests.

Maintain ongoing monitoring and documentation, classify according to MIFID / EMIR / REMIT.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

At least 10 years of AML / KYC experience, preferably in trading or CIB banking.

Knowledge of commodity transactions is a plus.

Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are advantageous.

Strong control culture, stress resilience, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
