Mission Overview :

We are preparing a comprehensive review of our HRIS Strategy for 2026 and are looking for a seasoned professional to support this initiative. The key responsibilities include :

Requirements Gathering : Collect and consolidate business and technical requirements related to HRIS systems and overall IT architecture.

Methodology & Governance : Design the methodology, governance framework, and documentation standards for the requirements collection process and its future iterations.

Data Collection : Map all existing local HRIS systems, including associated costs, data flows, access management, and integrations.

Workshop Preparation : Define and structure the methodology for 2026 HRIS strategy workshops.

Preferred Profile :

Experience : Senior or mid-senior level experience in roles such as IT PMO, PMO, or Product Owner.

Technical Skills (Required) :

Solid understanding of IT Governance and Scrum methodologies.

Hands-on experience or knowledge of HRIS systems.

Fluent in English and Spanish .

Technical Skills (Nice to Have) :

Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).

Soft Skills :

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Resilient and adaptable in fast-changing environments

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable navigating complex and international organizations

Technical Environment :

Office 365 suite (O365)
