We are seeking Support Agents to provide assistance for a project with a leading software development company.

Requirements :
- Proficiency in English (C1 minimum) and fluency in any European language
- Training or experience with technology products, particularly in Cloud services or Microsoft products such as Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Windows
- Ability to handle diverse customer situations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong critical and logical thinking skills for effective problem-solving
