DESCRIPTION
The mission of the EU INTech Consumer Selection Discovery teams is to help customers find, evaluate, and compare products they like, need, or want. Our vision is that every customer should be confident to find the best product for their specific needs and preferences at the best value with very low effort. We believe that each customer and their situation require specific attention, so we build delightful shopping experiences tailored to the customer's mission. We innovate from the EU for the WW customer. To achieve this, we partner with WW business and tech teams from Softlines, Consumables, Hardlines, and other platform / host teams. We don't settle for an average 'one size fits all' approach but find the right CX for customers on each product family (PF) while delivering a cohesive sitewide CX.
Key job responsibilities
We are looking for software developer engineers who are passionate about solving highly ambiguous and challenging problems at a global scale. You will be responsible for major components of the team, designing, developing, delivering, and supporting various software applications in collaboration with diverse roles and partner teams worldwide. You will influence technical direction, drive operational excellence best practices, and maintain quality on team deliverables. You will also have the opportunity to learn from high-performing software engineering teams and mentor junior members.
Remember, you do not have to tick every box to apply for the role. If you are excited about joining us and think you have what we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.
A day in the life
Our engineers work on various retail components : Search, Detail Page, Cart, Checkout, Post-Purchase. We build end-to-end solutions from idea, tech design to implementation and web lab experimentation. You will work directly with PMTs and UX designers on fleshing out software requirements.
