We're looking for a Product Designer to own the design process, always keeping our customers in mind.

Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and other stakeholders to define customer and business problems

Identifying key metrics for each project and taking ownership of their success

Facilitating guerrilla and customer testing sessions to validate assumptions and iterate quickly

Working with tech teams to implement solutions and present actions during design reviews

Reviewing release performance, extracting learnings, and proposing improvements

Standardization through evolving and maintaining a design system

3+ years of experience designing complex commercial apps in-house

The ability to think strategically about product direction and articulate design decisions

Familiarity with technical implications of design (comfortable discussing feasibility with engineers)

A self-directed mindset, owning the design process within a development team

High UX focus and understanding of human behavior

Strong visual design sense (typography, grids)

Two-day office work

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

Experience designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems
