• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to meet client needs with cloud solutions.
• Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate it back to the business as the "Voice of the Customer."
