Operating under two brand names (Securitas Direct & Verisure), we are seeking a talented and passionate Jr. Project Manager to join our dynamic PMO team in Madrid!

Location : Madrid, following a hybrid work model with three days per week at the office (Pozuelo de Alarcón, El Barrial – Centro Comercial).

The Opportunity :

As a Project Manager , you'll play a key role in leading the definition, execution, and delivery of innovative products and cross-functional IT projects. You’ll act as a central liaison between Business, IT, and Legal across multiple countries, contributing directly to our growth and performance.

Project & Product Management

  • Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of projects : define scope, budget, deliverables, and key milestones.
  • Drive development from small features to full-scale product launches.
  • Work hands-on with designers and engineers to ensure quality and simplicity in execution.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate across Business, Legal, and IT to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Liaise with stakeholders in multiple countries to ensure local needs are considered and met.

    • Project Oversight

  • Monitor timelines, resources, budget, and team performance.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and manage change requests.
  • Review and validate project deliverables and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and status updates.

    • Testing & Quality

  • Coordinate with the Testing Office to ensure access to lab and simulation environments.
  • Contribute to the project’s testing strategy and ensure readiness before launch.

    • Governance

  • Participate in Change Approval Boards (CAB).
  • Support pre-sales activities and ensure technical alignment with customer expectations.

    • What We’re Looking For :

    Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecom Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years managing engineering or IT projects (project lifecycle, metrics, methodologies).
  • Experience working in international, multi-country project environments.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (C1- C2 level).
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and flexibility to work in hybrid models.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive problem solver with a hands-on approach.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle complexity and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Experience in legal coordination or regulatory environments is a plus.
