The role focuses on building advanced ad optimization models, mentoring a team, and enhancing data infrastructure. Deep experience in Python, cloud-based ML stacks, and Ad Tech is essential.

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.

Key Responsibilities

Lead data science strategy aligned with business goals, especially revenue and ad optimization.

Mentor a growing team, driving innovation and collaboration.

Build scalable machine learning models for ad targeting, bidding, and performance.

Maintain and adapt efficient data pipelines and model deployment processes.

Essential Skills & Requirements

5+ years in data science roles (product-focused environments preferred).

2+ years in AdTech and in leadership roles.

Strong background in Python , SQL , PySpark , Pandas , and AWS .

Experience with deep learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, Hydra, Comet).

Strong grasp of machine learning and statistical modeling .

Effective communicator in cross-functional settings.
