Responsibilities :

  • Advise customers in workshops on technical issues related to CRM (Customer Relationship Management), a cloud solution based on the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Design and implement solutions, communicating with customers on a technical level.
  • Stay updated on product innovations and maintain expertise in leading-edge technology.
  • Explain technical concepts clearly and pragmatically.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Cobra CRM, or similar).
  • Strong passion for new technologies, especially in the Microsoft environment.
  • Enjoy sharing knowledge via articles, blog posts, or social media.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand needs and implement solutions.
  • IT background and / or a technical degree in business informatics or computer science.
  • Fluent German (C1 or C2) and good English skills.
  • EU citizenship or Spanish work visa.
