As a Data Analyst on a Digital Healthcare Team, you will play a crucial role in helping with the design and development of the core platform that will enable our data-driven healthcare applications. Your responsibilities include supporting the design and development of secure and scalable platforms to enable consumer-centric health and wellness applications. You will be part of a team responsible for implementing data solutions that serve consumer-centric and healthcare professional-focused digital tools aimed at enhancing medication adherence and achieving optimal health outcomes. This role requires strong domain expertise, subject knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives while aligning with business objectives.

We are building a team of talented individuals to drive a new healthcare business aimed at transforming healthcare for all. The Digital Healthcare Team seeks a skilled Data Architect to support the development and launch of digital care and life management programs targeting diabetes and other chronic conditions. We are creating a comprehensive digital health platform that empowers patients with chronic conditions and their caregivers to manage health journeys more effectively. Our platform integrates multiple modular services into a seamless ecosystem bridging clinical care and daily life management.

Requirements : Required skills : Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong understanding of data architecture principles, practices, and technologies. Solid knowledge of OMOP CDM and Standardized Vocabularies. Knowledge of USCDI. Clinical healthcare experience in the US market. 6+ years of overall experience. Data provisioning skills in Python, AWS, and DWH services (Redshift, Databricks). Experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, etc.). Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities. Experience working in Agile environments (JIRA or similar tools). STEM degree or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of Big Data, NoSQL, and RDBMS. Understanding of data governance, management, and quality concepts. Proficiency in data modeling tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective stakeholder interaction.

Will be a plus : Experience with DataOps, data mesh, and developing data science, analytics, AI / ML solutions with Databricks.

Responsibilities : Analyze and interpret complex datasets using various tools and data modeling techniques. Work with data warehouses and lakes, ensuring effective data integration, ETL processes, and reconciliation. Conduct data profiling and quality assessments, identify issues, and recommend solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate remediation options and influence technology decisions. Partner with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and Product Owners to improve data processes. Gather and define business requirements, managing end-to-end project delivery.
