What You'll Do
- Develop your market territory through prospecting, identifying decision-makers, proposing solutions, and closing deals.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their critical issues, challenging learning approaches, and articulating the business impact of goFLUENT solutions.
- Create compelling business cases demonstrating ROI.
- Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to close high-potential deals.
- Participate in exhibitions and events.
- Travel within your territory to support sales efforts.
What You'll Need
Fluency in French and English is mandatory; Italian or Spanish is a plus.Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience; SaaS and international experience are advantageous.Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels, including senior management and C-suite.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Team-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Active on social media, especially LinkedIn.Experience in Training, e-Learning, or HR services is a plus.Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.What We Offer
