As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be assisting clients with booking upgrades and tourism-related inquiries. Your role will involve handling calls and written communications while providing an outstanding customer experience. You'll be part of a multicultural and dynamic environment helping customers from across the globe.
What You'll Do :
- Support customers with booking upgrades, changes, or general inquiries
- Offer friendly, solution-oriented service via phone, email, and chat
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Ensure all interactions meet quality and compliance standards
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and procedures
