Operations Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Barcelona as the Head of Operations . The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Durlet Apartments, including managing staff (front desk, housekeeping, cleaning, etc.), ensuring high standards of service and maintenance of the apartments, developing and implementing operational strategies, and managing budgets. The role also involves ensuring compliance with local regulations and improving overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Minimum requirements :

• Experience in Operations Management and managing teams in hospitality, tourism, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in budgeting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
