We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive graduate to join our growing team of experts as a PPC Consultant. The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing and helping businesses grow by deploying tailored paid media strategies that help them achieve their goals. As the backbone of our paid digital marketing activity, the PPC Consultant provides best-in-class service whilst overseeing and implementing strategies that deliver outstanding results for our clients. You should be excellent at building relationships, communicating, problem solving and analysing data.
As a PPC Consultant, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients as well as supporting larger clients with senior supervision. You can expect to be trained on the job until capable of becoming the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients, which will range across various industries.
The PPC Consultant also plays a crucial role in growing our business by identifying upsell opportunities. You will be supported by a broader team of experts, but should be keen to develop and use every opportunity to enhance your skill set whilst remaining on top of the industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Working with clients to develop tailored strategies (backed by data) that help them achieve their business goals
- Building and optimising campaigns using best practice to ensure maximum efficiency
- Leading client communications on your own portfolio across email, video call, and Slack
- Preparing agendas and managing workloads in Asana so that we deliver work on time
- Providing clear and concise reporting at a monthly and quarterly frequency that leaves clients confident of our expert approach
- Delivering excellent customer service via proactivity, listening, and clear communication
- Participating in internal projects to improve our processes and sharing your knowledge with other consultants
Requirements
Fluent English and ability to live and work in SpainA foundational understanding of the primary ad channels (Google Search Ads, Meta Advertising, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)Knowledge of marketing concepts and the importance of matching the right message to the right audienceProven verbal and written communication skills (in English) that allow you to build relationships with customers and address their needsAbility to work with data sets to identify trends, spot opportunities, and conduct root-cause analysisAble to work independently to find solutions to day-to-day issues and research / upskill where necessaryStrong time management skills allowing you to prioritise your work to avoid client disappointmentA desire to widen your skill set and develop into a complete marketer, seeking advice and training support as appropriateA collaborative approach - comfortable asking for expert support when needed and providing help when requestedPreferably, a university degree or background in an analytical subjectBenefits
