The Advocate Group is proud to represent Monster Energy in their search for a Trade Marketing Executive to join their Iberia team based in Madrid, Spain .

The Role :

We’re looking for a highly organised and energetic Trade Marketing Executive to support the execution of standout trade campaigns across Spain and Portugal. Here’s how :

Assist with the coordination and delivery of trade marketing materials including POS, clothing, coolers, and prizes.

Support promotions across all channels, including artwork coordination, campaign tracking, and ROI analysis.

Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign timelines and logistics are met.

Coordinate digital communications and content in support of promotional activity and NPDs.

Help drive a digital transformation in collaboration with trade and marketing teams.

Contribute to the successful execution of product launches across Iberia.

About You :

Must be fluent in Spanish and English.

Experience in trade or field marketing, particularly in FMCG or beverage, is preferred.

A hands-on, highly motivated team player with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable working cross-functionally and juggling multiple projects.

Creative thinker with analytical skills and strong communication abilities.

Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with marketing tools is a plus.
