Reports to : Multimedia Marketing Manager & Strategic Content Program Lead
Purpose :
Lead the ideation and creation of short-form, social-first video content using innovative formats and AI-enhanced tools. Brings creative, platform-native thinking into the video team to elevate University digital presence and audience engagement.
Scope of Responsibility :
Develop and produce short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
Ideate, storyboard, and edit content optimized for social performance and storytelling.
Apply AI tools (Runway, Synthesia, Pika, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance production agility and experimentation.
Collaborate with internal teams (Social Media, Narrative, Design) and external providers when needed.
Contribute to wider brand video initiatives, while maintaining a clear focus on social content innovation.
Requirements : Requisitos
3–5 years of experience in video production with a focus on social media.
Strong creative and editing skills; up to date with digital content trends.
Proficient in AI-based content tools and video editing software.
Bilingual Spanish / English.
