Job Summary :

The Site Supply Chain Director will be responsible for leading all site supply chain functions, including planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and customer service. Key responsibilities include :

• Developing and implementing supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and customer requirements.
• Ensuring robust planning processes to support make-to-order production, minimizing lead times and maximizing on-time delivery.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain to enhance agility, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Collaborating closely with production, quality, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and responsiveness.
• Maintaining effective relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
