We are looking for
A driven and enthusiastic Enterprise Sales Executive (m / w / d) eager to contribute to our sales team’s growth and success.
Your role in BizAway
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Research and prospect new clients in Spain.
- Conduct outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other channels.
- Present solutions to various stakeholders (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
- Deliver live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.
- Negotiate and close deals from discovery to contract.
- Forecast sales revenue and maintain visibility of your pipeline.
- Promote our solutions at fairs and events as needed.
- Set Quarterly and Annual OKRs with sales leadership.
- Collaborate with SDRs and the sales team to improve processes and growth strategies.
Your Basic Qualifications
Native Spanish speaker + good English skills (written and spoken).Proven track record (>3 years) in B2B sales to mid-large enterprises (>
1,000 employees).
