We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and collaborate with a multinational technology company focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and resolve customer issues, including troubleshooting, event management, and technical assistance.
  • Track key customer demands and bugs, collaborating with the product team to optimize products.
  • Utilize Alibaba Cloud inspection and diagnosis tools to help customers mitigate potential risks in critical systems.
  • Maintain system stability and ensure reliable operation of customer systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or related fields.
  • Experience in cloud computing or IT industries, with a background in DevOps, service support, or solution architecture.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture optimization and industry-specific solutions.
  • Ability to design and implement cloud technology architectures.
  • Understanding of Linux / Windows OS, networking, TCP / IP, packet analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with network diagnostics, latency, packet loss, CDN, and SLB products.
  • Strong system and network support skills.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Availability for on-call duties outside regular hours, with compensatory time off.
