Currently, we are seeking a German-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist to join our vibrant team in Barcelona. This hybrid / onsite role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while honing your digital advertising skills. As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in helping clients succeed with their online ad campaigns, contributing to the company’s growth.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor for new clients in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region, assisting them with launching and optimizing their PPC campaigns. Your contributions will be vital to customer satisfaction, campaign performance, and uncovering opportunities for additional sales.

Understand clients’ goals and propose customized PPC strategies to help them achieve success. Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Offer insights and recommendations to enhance performance, while building strong, trust-based client relationships.

Language Skills : Native or near-native German (C2 level) and fluent English (C1 / C2 level) for effective communication with German-speaking clients.
A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, though relevant work experience may suffice.
Experience : 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or online advertising, with familiarity in PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) being a plus.
Ability to analyze data, recognize trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
