We’re on the lookout for a creative, driven, and culturally attuned Marketing Specialist ready to take the lead on growing Heymondo’s presence in the Romanian market. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our digital voice, executing marketing strategies, and building meaningful connections with Romanian travelers — all while supporting our mission : making travel easier for everyone, everywhere.

You’ll work closely with our Brand & Communication Manager to localise campaigns, manage cross-channel content, and coordinate impactful initiatives — from social media and influencer activations to blog content and events. We’re looking for someone who’s part communicator, part strategist, and fully passionate about digital marketing. Coordinate, support and optimise our cross-channel marketing and communications plan.

Plan, develop and execute the marketing and communications strategy for the Romanian market in collaboration with the Brand Manager. Execute the social media strategy for the Romanian market in collaboration with the Social Media Manager. Negotiate and monitor agreements with brand ambassadors and influencers in close coordination with the Affiliate Manager for Romania. Write, proofread, and edit content across various mediums, including website, campaigns, blogs, PR, and newsletters. Manage our blog strategy and content creation on WordPress in collaboration with the SEO Manager. Oversee the marketing and communication budget for the Romanian market. Plan and execute newsletters and email marketing campaigns. Work closely with the marketing team and other teams to coordinate brand awareness efforts. Ensure consistent application of verbal and visual brand identity guidelines across all communications.

Bilingual : Romanian and Spanish. Excellent writing skills in Romanian. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or similar. Proven experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms (including writing, scheduling, and analysing). Nice to have : knowledge of WordPress and SEO techniques. Be passionate, proactive and data-driven. Schedule : Full Time Flexible hours (7.100% Remote (we have a very nice office right next to Torre Agbar in Barcelona in case you want to work from there too).
