What you will do :

  • Lead a workstream(s) in a project engagement : planning, organizing, and managing different aspects of delivery.
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end management of deliverables and reporting that meet specific project goals and objectives.
  • Identify and proactively solve problems faced by the client.
  • Be a primary client contact for operational project questions, developing relationships through face-to-face discussions, workshops, telephone, or email contact.

What we expect from you :

  • Entry role (0-1 year of experience) in management consulting or equivalent in the FMCG Industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with a strong academic record.
  • Strong communication skills able to interact and build relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Analytical mindset with a good understanding of how to extract insights from Data Warehouses and the ability to summarize and represent data.
  • Solid qualitative and quantitative, hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills.
  • Positive and empathetic team player with an inclusive, collaborative approach.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Spanish; knowledge of other EU languages (Italian, French) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, BI & Analytical tools is a plus.
