• Be responsible for the overall site sales forecast and operations
• Lead a team of sales managers to exceed targets, achieve goals, maintain compliant operations, and deliver excellent customer experience
• Oversee key sales functions, provide guidance, set objectives, and help achieve goals
• Ensure operational excellence by improving processes, identifying gaps, and implementing solutions
• Identify local market needs and resolve issues promptly
• Manage team sizing and growth, building a top talent pool
• Drive project activities to meet sales revenue targets
• Coach and evaluate team leaders, interacting regularly with clients, marketing, and other stakeholders
