Job Responsibilities :

A Mid-level SEO squad member is responsible for managing the delivery of day-to-day SEO work to Welocalize customers against their objectives and KPIs. They help identify opportunities to improve the efficiency or quality of the work delivered.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

The following is a non-exhaustive list of accountabilities and responsibilities of a Mid SEO Squad member :

• Support the delivery of SEO tasks and client communication
• Mentor and train junior team members
• Identify opportunities for improving efficiency or quality
• Build internal relationships & communicate technical subjects effectively
• Support strategy development for larger clients and lead for smaller clients
• Analyze data proactively and ensure quality of junior members’ output
• Define optimization strategies for clients
• Manage daily SEO work aligned with client objectives
• Build trust with clients through performance management and strategy communication
• Advocate best practices in SEO processes
• Handle complex tasks, including technical and analytics deliverables
• Present technical recommendations and opportunities
• Manage projects from sales to delivery
• Contribute to client retention and growth
• Understand and explain SEO best practices
• Lead client meetings on daily delivery
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and project management skills
