This role is responsible for managing the SSC Shared Service Center in the Europe region. Key responsibilities include onboarding, offboarding, transfer, contracts, attendance management, and benefit administration.
- Main Responsibilities :
- Manage basic HR operations and queries for the SSC.
- Oversee overseas attendance management, including policy alignment and daily support.
- Understand service scope and business modules; analyze client issues and identify needs.
- Participate in regional project-based work and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Education and Experience :Bachelor's degree or above with 1 year of experience in HR roles; experience in an HR Shared Service Center is preferred.Language Skills :Proficient in French as a working language and able to communicate effectively in basic English.Skills and Abilities :Presentable with strong interpersonal skills; patient, service-oriented, and a good team player.Strong coordination and communication skills; capable of identifying additional business scenarios and collaborating across functions.Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; well-versed in basic business skills, techniques, and processes.What We Offer
