Job Title : Senior Manager - Schedule Planning

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our schedule planning and optimization efforts. This is a key role in our operations team, responsible for developing and implementing standardized scheduling frameworks, analyzing historical appointment data, and creating optimized rosters that balance clinician availability, patient demand, and clinic resources.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in strategic planning, process improvement, and team management. They will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, HR, and marketing, to ensure alignment on staffing, promotions, and patient flow.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement standardized scheduling frameworks for all clinics.
• Analyze historical appointment data to forecast demand and identify peak hours / days.
• Create optimized rosters that balance clinician availability, patient demand, and clinic resources.
• Oversee daily and weekly clinician schedules across all locations.
