Head of Treasury

At Lookiero Outfittery Group, we’re looking for a Head of Treasury to be responsible for leading all aspects of cash and liquidity management, financial forecasting, debt and capital structure planning, and banking relationships.

You will play a key role in optimizing working capital, managing financial risks, and supporting strategic initiatives including fundraising and expansion.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys optimizing liquidity, and brings strong experience in treasury, cash forecasting, and managing bank relationships.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead cash and liquidity management across all markets.
• Build and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts aligned with business goals
• Provide insights to make strategic decisions and establish the financial strategy for the Group.
• Manage debt facilities and evaluate new financing opportunities to support growth.
• Own and strengthen banking and lender relationships.
• Support capital structure planning, working closely with the CFO and FP&A.
• Monitor and manage FX, interest rate, and liquidity risk.
• Implement best practices in treasury operations, banking structures, and treasury systems.
