Role Responsibilities

Responsible for delivering all Service activities on MOLECULAR products, including Installation, Repairs, Maintenance Services, Validation Services, Depot Repair, Hot Lines, etc., aiming to :

  • Achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensure high first-time fix rates and low mean time to repair
  • Minimize repeated call rates

Meet Service Targets related to Bookings, Revenues, Service Profit, and Overhead Cost while following internal rules and processes.

Main Activities / Responsibilities

  • Perform activities in line with internal rules and customer regulations.
  • Provide responsive telephone support, diagnostics, and on-site services, using TMO instruments. Promote our contract products (80%).
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers, address issues promptly, and follow ethical business conduct.
  • Manage company assets such as Car Stock / Inventory, Tools, Software, Company Car, Manuals, etc.
  • Coordinate work schedules with relevant partners for service planning and scheduling.
  • Align all activities at the customer site with TMO and communicate important customer information to other TMO departments.
  • Minimum Requirements / Qualifications

  • Background in Electronics, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years experience servicing analytical equipment or equivalent application specialist experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills across all levels and regions.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with different priorities.
  • Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria

  • Driving License.
  • Willingness to travel (50%), mainly within the region, with potential international travel across Europe, EMEA, and the US for training or calls.
  • Good English skills.
